SHARJAH — A 33-year-old Palestinian national was on Tuesday found dead in his villa located in Al Hazana area, with his throat slit open and 33 stab wounds all over his body. The villa is located right opposite Al Shahouf Restaurant.
SHARJAH — A 43-year-old Indian national, identified as A.K., was arrested yesterday for allegedly causing the death of one of his roommates and inflicting severe injuries to others with an iron bar on November 24 in the Maysalon area in Sharjah, according to a police source.

SHARJAH — An ambitious plan to establish a modern public transport system in Sharjah was unveiled yesterday by KGL Passenger Transport Services of Kuwait, which has won the Sharjah Public Transport Corporation bid for the project. The project would cover 19 service routes, nine service stations and 142 specially-equipped buses.
